【Abstract】 To set up the analysis method to test the content of Cilostazol RDT(rapidly disintegrating oral tablets)with HPLC.Method:C18 is used as column,mobile phase is acetonitrile and water(50:50),and test the absorbance at 257nm.Result:content of Cilostazol RDT have a perfect linearity distribution between 24.8μg/ml to 74.5μg/ml r= 0.9998,the average yield is 100.07 %.Coniusion:this method is precise and high effective.更多还原
