【摘要】 目的:探讨7-ACA 的吸收值对 HR-756成品色级的影响。方法:用紫外分光光度计测定7-氨基头孢烷酸(7-ACA)的吸收值,对7-ACA 的重结晶处理。结果:7-ACA 吸收值的变化对 HR-756色级有较大的影响。结论:对7-ACA 的质量控制只有含量、水份是不够的,必须对其吸收值进行规定,而且7-ACA 贮存不当会使7-ACA 吸收值上长,对 HR-756的色级影响较大。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:The influence of absorbance of 7-ACA to the color of Cefotaxime(HR-756) was discussed Methods:The absorbance of 7-ACA was determined with UV spectrophotometer.Results:The change of absorbance of 7-ACA was an important factor that influence the color of HR-756.Conclusion:Only to control assay and water content is not enough to the quality control of 7-ACA.It is necessary to control its absorbance.In addition,when 7- ACA was stored incorrectly,its absorbance would increase,which would influence the color of HR-756 very much.更多还原
