【摘要】 目的:建立脑得生片中葛根素的含量测定方法。方法:采用超声波提取,以高效液相色谱法测定葛根素的含量,流动相为甲醇—水（25:75）,流速1ml·min^-1,柱温25℃,检测波长250nm。结果:葛根素在0.5016～4.5144μg 范围内呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为 Y=37527300X+49230,r=0.9999;平均回收率为100.91%（RSD1.10%）,重复 RSD 为1.92%。结论:该方法准确、快捷、重复性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To develop a method for the determination of puerari in Naodesheng tablets.Methods:Uses the ultrasonic wave to withdraw.Determination of Puerari content by HPLC.The mobile phase is the methanol-water（25: 75）,speed of flow 1 ml.min^-1,column temperature 25℃,examination wave length 250nm.Results:The calibration curve was in good linearity over the range of 0.5016～4.5144μg,the regression equation is Y=37527300X+49230,r=0. 9999;The average returns-ratio is 100.91%（RSD 1.10%）,duplicated RSD is 1.92%.Conclusion:The method is accu- rate,quick,the duplication is good.更多还原
