【摘要】 目的:建立一种方便快捷的方法测定青霉素钾盐原料药中残留溶剂正丁醇、乙酸丁酯的含量。方法:采用气相色谱法,以正戊醇作内标物。结果:该方法测定的平均回收率为正丁醇99.90%,乙酸丁酯98.95%。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确,可以适用于青霉素钾盐残留溶剂的测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To build a GC-method for determining the content of n-Butanol and Butyl Acetate in Penicillin raw powder.Method:The samples were determined by Gas Chromatography,and the internal standard is 1- Pentanol.Results:The recovery rate of the method to determine n-Butanol and Butyl Acetate were 99.90% and 98.95%.Conclusion:The method was convenient and quick for detecting the residue solvent in Penicillin更多还原
