【摘要】 目的:消除药品包装用 PVC 硬片使用中收缩、走偏现象,提高产品内在质量。方法:对 PVC 的实际生产工艺和用户的质量信息进行对比、分析,找出质量影响因素,并通过改进生产工艺解决之。结果:伸缩率的均匀性是影响质量的关键指标。结论:用控制剥离温度的方法提高伸缩率的均匀性,使产品质量得到显著改善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:removing the phenomenon of shrinkage and partial,and improving the inter-quality of Medic- inal package using PVC rigidity slice in use.Methods:finding the factor which effect the quality through analyzing the feedback information and experimental data,then improve the produce technics.Results: the uniformity character of strech ratio is the key guideline that affect the quality.Conclusion:it is can improve the quality of production remarkably using the method of controlling temperature to improve the uniformity character of stretch ratio.更多还原
