【Abstract】 Objective:To study the purification method of polyporus umbellate polysaccharide by MG-1 tape macroporus resin.Method:Adopting MG-1 tape macroporus resin;Taking Polyporus umbellate polysaccharide content as observation target,and studying the effect on polyporus umbellate purification by macroporus resin;Result:The MG-1 tape macroporus resin has remarkable purification effect on polyporus umbellate polysaccharide,and the content of polyporus umbellate polysaccharide fits the standard after purification.Conclusion:Purification of polyporus umbellate polysaccharide can be conducted by adopting MG-1 tape macroporus resin.更多还原
