钻孔法对焊接薄壁钢管纵向残余应力的测定
Determining longitudinal residual stresses of welded thin-walled steel tubes by hole-drilling methods
【摘要】 通过对钻孔法测定焊接钢构件残余应力的试验分析,我们测定了焊接薄壁钢管试件沿圆周的纵向残余应力的分布模式,得出该法测定纵向残余应力是可行的,其残余应力以拉应力为主。
【Abstract】 The hole-drilling method for determining residual stresses of the steel welded members is introduced in this paper.Using the method we determine the distribution of longitudinal residual stresses of welded thin-walled steel tubes.It is feasible to determine residual stresses in which tensile stress plays a dominating role.
