液压综合试验台测控系统的研制与开发

【摘要】 本文较为详细地介绍了我院研制开发液压综合试验台测控系统的组成原理与功能特点,其目的就是为适应液压传动与控制技术的发展需要。该系统设计合理、技术先进、测试精度高、应用范围广。采用先进的比例技术和FIX工业过程自动化测控软件,对液压系统中不同规格型号的动力元件、控制元件、执行元件进行实时在线检测与控制,同时可对液压元件及液压系统的研制与开发提供技术平台。

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the compose principle and function characteristics of manufacture and development of measure and control system in our university.The aim is to fit the technology demand of hydraulic transmission and control.The system is reasonable in design, advanced in technology, high precision in measure and control, and wide limits in application. The system uses advanced proportional technology and FIX industrial process automatic measure, control software conduct measure and control on line for power element. It also controls element and executive of various specifications in hydraulic system, provides technology platform for the manufacture and development of hydraulic element and system .
