脉冲参数对脉冲埋弧焊过程动态仿真波形的影响
Effect of pulsed parameters on dynamic simulating waveform of pulsed submergedarc welding process
【摘要】 针对变速送丝调节系统脉冲埋弧焊可调参数众多的问题,在所建仿真模型的基础上对其脉冲参数的选择进行了研究。分别讨论了脉冲频率、脉宽比、峰值电流和基值电流对仿真波形的影响,为实际生产试验中最优化参数的选择提供了快捷、直观的方法,为脉冲埋弧焊的推广应用奠定了基础。
【Abstract】 Since there are many adjustable parameters in alternative speed wire-feeding pulsed submerged-arc welding process,selection of pulsed parameters on the basis of the simulating model was investigated in this paper.The impact of pulsed frequency,duty factor,peak current and base current were discussed,providing a convenient and intuitionistic means for the selection of optimum parameters in practical experiments and foundation for the application of the pulsed submerged-arc welding method.
