统计过程控制理论在埋弧焊中的应用

【摘要】 基于MicrosoftVisualC++6.0,设计了埋弧焊过程焊接电流和电弧电压的采集、统计分析、显示和保存的软件系统;系统采用统计过程控制理论对埋弧焊接电流、电弧电压和热输入进行统计分析。结果表明,当埋弧焊接过程出现异常时,系统能及时提取反映埋弧焊接过程稳定性的统计信息。

【Abstract】 Based on Microsoft Visual C ++6.0, a system composed of software and hardware was designed to collect, display and backup the welding current and arc voltage in submerged arc welding. Welding current and arc voltage were analyzed using the theory of statistical process control. The results show that, when the welding process is in abnormal, the related information can be drawn by the system in time, which reflects the stability of submerged arc welding process.
