光脉动混凝投药技术的控制模式及其优化
Control Mode and Optimization of the Coagulate Dosage Technique of Fluctuation of Transmitted Light
【摘要】 光脉动检测技术以透过流动悬浮液的光强度的脉动状态反应絮凝颗粒的尺寸与生长情况,其检测值R值可以作为控制参数来控制混凝剂的自动投加。目前,光脉动混凝投药控制系统已经具有单回路、串级、前馈反馈、前馈串级等多种控制模式,使该项技术具有较强的实用性。
【Abstract】 The technique of fluctuation of transmitted light can reflect the size and changing state of the coagulation particle through the state of the transmitted light fluctuation, and the detected value R can be used as a control parameter to control automatically the coagulate dosage. The control system of coagulate dosage has had some kinds of control modes, which includes single loop system, cascade system, forward feedfeed back system and forward feed-Cascade system, and the technique has stronger practicability.
