【Abstract】 There are misunderstandings on higher education massification nowadays. To make massification theory effective, we should well recognize the scientific connotation of the theory and the unbalancing and premature feature of the theory. We can also realize that the key of our higher education development is to develop the amateur and common university. It is the development of private higher education that we should consider first.
