【Abstract】 The governance mode can be studied in two ways: one is the internal form, the other is the external form. Hongkong is a new industrial economy center and an international trade port in the world. In some way, this attributes to the development of higher education and the close relationship between universities and industries. There has been built the good organization and operating system in Hongkong. The external governance mode of HK and the internal governance mode of HKUST will give us available experience in the course of the industry-university collaboration.更多还原
