【摘要】 目的　评价无张力疝修补术在腹外疝中应用的价值。方法　回顾性总结我院 1999年 4月～ 2 0 0 3年 7月用疝环充填式无张力疝修补治疗腹外疝 6 2例病人 ,6 8例次 ,其中可复性腹股沟斜疝 5 9例 ,难复性疝 7例 ,嵌顿性疝 2例。 6 0岁以上占 6 6 .2 %(4 1/ 6 2 ) ,最高年龄为 6 8岁。结果　本组无死亡 ,切口无感染 ,一期愈合 ,术后 3～ 7d出院 (90 %病人手术后 3d出院 )。合并心肺功能不全、高血压、糖尿病、前列腺肥大者占 5 3% ,术后恢复顺利。随访 1～ 15个月 ,无 1例复发。结论　无张力疝修补具有手术创伤小 ,术后恢复快 ,病人痛苦少 ,术后复发率低等优点 ,是当今理想的疝修补术更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of tension-free repair in herniorrhaphy.Methods Sixty-two tension-free repairs of indirect inguinal hernias performed in the first affiliated hospital of Bengbu medical college from April 1990 to july 2003 were retrospectively reviewed.There were 59 reducible hernias,7 irreducible hernias,2 incarcerated hernias.66.2% of patients’ ages wereover 60,the highest age being 68 years.53% of the cases were complicated with diseases such as cardiopulmonary dysfunction,hypertension,diabetes mellitus,prostate hypertrophy.Results All patients had first intention healing,with no incisional infection or death,and they were dicharged 3～7 days after operation.No recurrence was observed,in a follow-up period of 1～15 months.Conclusion Tension-free repair has the advantages of small operation wound,little postoperative discomfort,rapid recovery and low recurrence rate.更多还原
