【摘要】 目的　探讨末梢血样品放置时间对血细胞分析结果的影响。方法　在雅培 CD- 170 0型自动血液分析仪上采用平行对比法对 2 6例健康人末梢血分别在即刻、30 min、1h、2 h、4 h、8h、16 h 7个时间点的测定结果进行比较。结果　 WBC有逐渐增高的趋势 ,但差异无显著性 ;MID%在 30 min时最佳 ,以后逐渐增高 ;MPV及 PL T随时间延长而不断增加 ,2 h以后与即刻结果差异有显著性。结论　末梢血样品在室温较低 (<15℃ )的情况下 ,30 min～ 8h以内测定结果最佳更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the impact of standing time of the peripheral blood on corpuscle determination.Methods Blood samples were examined at different time points by the CD-1700 blood cell analyzer.Results Increasing trend was observed in leul ocvte without any significant difference.MID% exbibited the optimal result at 30 minutes after standing,and increased thereafter.Both the PLT and MFV increased continuously as the standing time prolonged,while both the levels had singificant difference from the initial result.Conclusion Best result of determination may be reached at a low temperature(<15℃) within the time span of 30 min and 8 hours.更多还原
