【摘要】 目的　观察复方来比林散 (L AS CO)的镇痛作用。方法　采用扭体法与热板法 ,观察小鼠痛阈提高百分率与镇痛百分率。结果　复方来比林散能明显抑制小鼠热板与扭体实验的反应 ,随剂量增加作用增强 ,呈较好的量效关系。结论　复方来比林散对实验小鼠具有明显的镇痛作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the analgesic effect of DL-lysine acetylsalicylate CO.(DL-LAS CO) powder in animals.Methods The analgesic effect of LAS CO was studied in mice using writhing reaction and hot plate test.Results The mice’s response to writhing reaction and hot plate test were significantly restrained by LAS.The analgesic effect of LAS presented the better dose-effect relationship with increased of dose.Conclusion LAS CO has significant analgesic effects in mice.更多还原
