【摘要】 目的　观察低分子量肝素和贝那普利联合应用治疗糖尿病肾病的效果。方法　 5 2例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为 A、B两组。A组为对照组 ,予以常规治疗 ,B组为治疗组 ,除常规治疗外 ,加用低分子量肝素 (速避凝 ) 0 .4 ml皮下注射 ,每日 1次 ,贝那普利 10～ 2 0 m g口服每日 1次 ,14 d为 1疗程。结果　 A组治疗前后尿蛋白变化差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,B组治疗后尿蛋白明显减少 ,差异有非常显著性 (P<0 .0 1)。结论　低分子量肝素和贝那普利联合应用治疗糖尿病肾病尤其是减少尿蛋白排出有效更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of lower-molecular weight heparin(LMWH) combined with benazepril in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods 52 cases of DN were divided randomly into two groups(A;B).The control groups(A) were only given conventional therapy.The study groups(B) were treated with LMWH(0.4ml,IH,qd)and benazepril(10～20 mg,po,qd)in addition to conventional therapy.The course of treatment was two weeks.Results By comparing the change of urinary protein between pre-treatmeat and post-treatment,we noted that group A presented no striking difference(P>0.05),but the amount of urinary protein in group B reduced significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion The treatment of DN with LMWH combined with benazepril is more effective,espectially in decreasing the amount of urinary protein.更多还原
