芒硝制取硫酸钾的新工艺研究
The New Craft Research of Glauber Salt and Potassium Chloride Synthesize Potassium Sulfate
【摘要】 文章利用Na+,K+∥Cl-,SO2-4—H2O四元体系相图作为工艺指导,进行芒硝和氯化钾制取硫酸钾工艺的相图分析和研究,确定实验优选因素及水平,并进行正交试验,根据实验结果进行极差分析,得出新的结论,合适的工艺条件为:液固比为4.18,n(2KCl)∶n(Na2SO4)=1∶1.10,反应温度为25℃,反应时间为1.5h。
【Abstract】 Na+,K+∥Cl-,SO2-4—H2O quaternion system phase diagram was used as a technical guidance. The phase diagram of potassium sulfate production from glauber salt and potassium chloride was studied and analysed, and experimental optimum factor and level are obtained. The experiment of orthogonal design is carry out. The dispersion analysis for results of experiment shows that the optimum technical condition is that the scale of liquid and solid is 4.18,n(2kCl)∶n(Na2SO4)is 1∶1.10,temperature of reaction is 25℃, and time of reaction is 1.5 hour.
