从小菌基因组文库中筛选醇醛脱氢酶阳性克隆
Screening the Possitive Clone of L-Sorbose/L-Sorbosone Dehydrogenase from Ketogulonigenium Vulgar Genemic Library
【摘要】 采用免疫学方法对已构建的普通生酮基古龙酸菌(俗称小菌)的基因组文库进行筛选。应用Dot-ELISA方法及功能检测,成功地从菌基因组文库中筛选出具醇醛脱氢酶活性的阳性克隆。
【Abstract】 Screening the possitive clone of L-sorbose/L-sorbosone dehydrogenase from Ketogulonigenium vulgar genemic library by way of immunity with Dot-ELISA and enzymatic activity test.
