新型具有含硫肟醚基的苯甲酰脲类化合物的合成及其杀虫活性研究
Sutudies on the Synthesis and Biological Activity of Sulfur alkyl-substitude-aryl-ketoxime-o-ethers of Benzoyl urea
【摘要】 通过含硫不饱和肟醚与2,6-二氟苯甲酰异酯反应,合成了9个新的具有含硫肟醚基的苯甲酰脲类化合物,其结构均经1HNMR、IR、LC/MS及元素分析确证,检测结果表明部分化合物表现出很高的杀虫活性。
【Abstract】 Nine novel benzoyl ureas containing sulfur alkyl-substitude-aryl-ketoxime-o-ethers have been synthezed by reation of sulfur alkyl-substitude-aryl-ketoxime-o-ethers and 2,6-difluoro benzoyl isocyanate.All compounds were confirmed by 1HNMR,IR,Element Analysis,LC/MS.The preliminary bioassay showed that some of new compounds exhibit good insecticidal activity.
