抗肿瘤潜在药物酰肼类铂配合物的合成

【摘要】 介绍了包括苯磺酰肼和苯甲酰肼等酰肼类铂配合物的一些合成方法,并对其中一些物质所具有的潜在生物活性作了简单评价,这对药物设计和新药筛选具有一定的指导作用。

【Abstract】 Some effective methods and techniques were summarized and reviewed for synthesis and preparation of platinum (Ⅱ)complexes coordinated with hydrazides, and critical evaluation and estimation were described and expressed upon potential antitumour and/or anticancer activities. These synthetic methods and techniques covering ones designed in our laboratory, Laboratory of Green-chemical Technology and Green-pharmaceutical Engineering, Institute of Chemical Biology and Molecular Pharmacy, Center for Chembiopharmacomics and Chembioinformatics, were briefly introduced and demonstrated, especially for their advantages and disadvantages. This information is very important practically for both research and development of new drug innovation and generation, and designing and screening novel drugs and authorized pharmaceuticals.
