【Abstract】 According to the characteristics of project bid, a static game model of incomplete information was developed. The analysis with the model shows that the bidder should take some rational bid tactics based on the advantage of the working model of bill of quantity and strive to improve the comprehensive competition of the enterprise so that the maximum profit and minimum risk can be achieved at a reasonable price.更多还原
