【摘要】 针对炼油厂油品管道调合系统,对成品罐质量累积(TQI)和质量控制(TQC)的原理以及在线调合优化模块应用TQC的方法进行了研究,提出了应用TQC的建议。针对油品在线调合多质量指标控制的问题,采用内模控制方法实现了油品管道调合过程的在线优化控制和成品罐油品质量的卡边控制,并对所设计优化控制系统的性能进行了分析,验证了所设计控制系统的有效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The principle of tank quality integration(TQI) and tank quality control(TQC) are studied for in-line blending system in the refinery,and the method of applying TQC in online optimization module is studied.Some suggestions also have been put up.Considering the multi-quality control objective,so as to realize online optimization of oil in-line blending and dege point control product tank oil quality,the controller using internal control technology is designed.Simulation result proves the effectiveness of the control system.更多还原
