一种基于流程模拟与OPC技术的化工过程实时控制方法
Real-time Control of Chemical Plant Based on Process Simulator and OPC Tools
【摘要】 针对化工过程对象具有的非线性系统多稳态特性,通过流程模拟软件HYSYS获得控制对象的大范围稳态操作数据和动态过程数据,提出基于逆径向基函数网络的非线性系统多稳态控制方法。OPC工具的开发实现了控制算法的在线应用,对一个连续聚合反应釜的研究表明了此方法的有效性。
【Abstract】 Considering that objects have multistable characters of nonlinear system in chemical process,the control object’s large-scale static and dynamic process operating data are gained by process simulator software HYSYS.The nonlinear system multistable control method based on radial basis function (RBF) network is proposed.The application online of control algorithm is realized by OLE for process control (OPC).The efficiency of the method is illustrated through a continuous stirred tank reactor (CSTR).
