合成中间体丙交酯的制备与纯化
Synthesis and purification of intermediate lactide
【摘要】 用辛酸亚锡Sn(oct)2作为催化剂制备丙交酯,经重结晶得到高纯度的丙交酯。通过熔点测定、红外光谱对丙交酯进行了确认。讨论了制备过程中的影响因素,与氧化锌作催化剂相比,改进了合成方法,缩短了反应时间,提高了产率。
【Abstract】 The lactide was prepared from δ?λ-lactic acid with Sn (oct)2 as catalyst.The lactide of high purity was obtained by the method of recrystallization.and identified with melting point measuren and infrared ray spectrum .The influence factors were discussed in the preparation of lactide,synthesis process is improved.compared with ZnO,the reactive time was shortened and the yield of resultant was also raised.
