复合型纳米TiO2成膜液的制备及膜性能
Preparation of nano-TiO2 suspension and characterization of film
【摘要】 研究了一种纳米成膜分散液的制备方法,探讨了超声作用对悬浮液分散稳定性的影响。实验结果表明,对纳米TiO2-水体系进行长时间超声强烈振荡(8h以上),对粒子在水中的分散起决定性作用,超声分散经历3个重要阶段:初级分散(超声2h左右),逆分散(3~5h),完全分散(8h以上);所制得的成膜液分散稳定性及光催化性能优异;用该成膜液制备纳米TiO2薄膜,所制得的薄膜具有优良光催化性能,以及耐热、耐水、耐腐蚀性、界面粘结性能和耐老化性能。
【Abstract】 A preparing method of TiO2/H2O suspension and the effect of ultrasonic on the dispersion and stabilization process of TiO2/H2O suspension system were discussed. The results showed that lasting ultrasonic vibration was the decisive effect to the dispersion of system. The dispersion would experience three phases of primary dispersion, counter dispersion and fully dispersion; the stability and the photocatalytic capability of the suspension are excellent; the nano-TiO2 film was prepared using the suspension successfully, the heat resistant, water resistant, corrosion protective, adhesion performance and aging resistant performance of the film are also excellent .
