【Abstract】 Employment V₂O₅ sol-gel as material, V₂O₅ films on different substrates were produced by four physical coating technologies. The differences of four coating technologies and the effects of colloid performance on coating quality of thin films were analyzed.It have been given that the relations between film thickness and major influence factors.更多还原
