直接沉淀法制备纳米ZnO及其抗菌试验的研究
Study on synthesis and antibacterial capability of nanometer zinc oxide
【摘要】 以工业级碱式碳酸锌为原料应用直接沉淀法制备纳米ZnO粉体,同时采用了自然集菌法和抑菌圈法对其抗菌性能进行了研究。研究表明:此法可制得粒径较小的纳米ZnO,其操作简便易行,对设备、技术要求不高,不易引入杂质,成本低,易于工业化生产;且制备的纳米ZnO具有较强的抗菌性能。
【Abstract】 The test used basic ZnCO3 in industry level as raw materials, nanometer sized ZnO was prepared by direct precipitation method, at the same time, it puts up research to determine their antibacterial capability with two methods∶nature bacterium collection and bacterium repress in circle.The results showed that the it can gain nano-ZnO of smaller granule, its operation simple, its request not high equipment and technique, not easy induct impurity, its cost low,and industry production is easy; in addition, the nano-ZnO will possess stronger antibacterial capability.
