【Abstract】 In the light of specific conditions of the college, this paper discusses the significance, purpose and principles in getting an all-round and correct understanding of the college’s conditions. Based on a scientific analysis and a better understanding of those conditions, the author puts forward some ideas and approaches in running the college: Being Industrious and thrifty, keeping an overleaping and sustainable development, and taking all the staff first and bringing their initiatives into full play.更多还原
