【Abstract】 Building the public service government and transforming the functions of government has inherent unity in essence. The duty of government is to strengthen the service function, offer basic, qualified public products and service for society in time, build a fair and open economy and social environment. The government must strengthen the function of its public service, regard realizing the public interests of all social members, guaranteeing people’s health and security as the main duty of government. Building the public service government, consummating the functions of the government (economic adjustment, market surpervision, social management and public service) is the best way to settle the orientation of government’s functions.更多还原
