紧凑式工业换热器传热试验平台设计与应用

【摘要】 为研究管翅式和板翅式2种紧凑式换热器的传热特性、阻力特性以及它们的性能评价,设计了一套基于GCMS组态软件的传热性能试验平台。该试验平台可用计算机测控系统进行数据采集和流程控制;用Wilson图解法确定对流换热系数,并拟合出努塞尔准则关系式;可得到ΔP=f(u)和Eu=f(Re)阻力特性曲线;可对换热器进行瞬态特性的分析;可用熵分析法和火用分析法对换热器进行性能评价。

【Abstract】 In order to study heat transfer characteristics, obstruction charac teristics and their performance appraisal of two compact heat exchangers, a set of performance test platforms based on GCMS configuration software is designed. This experimental platform can be observed through computers, data can be gather ed, the process can be controlled; Wilson graphic method is used to fix convecti on hot coefficient, Nusselt rule is exerted; We can get obstruction characterist ics curve Δ P=f(u) and Eu=f(Re); Instant characteristics analysis can be made o n heat exchanger. Analysis of the transient characteristics to the heat exchange r can be made; entropy analysis and exergy can be used to analyze the performanc e of the heat exchanger.
