【摘要】 报道了NS-58多功能脱硫钝化剂在催化装置上的应用。使用效果表明,NS-58多功能脱硫剂具有降低催化裂化汽油中硫的功能,同时具有优越的钝化重金属的效果。在加工原料硫含量为1.45%~2.35%的条件下,可降低催化裂化汽油中的硫达28%,并且在保持系统催化剂活性稳定的前提下,可降低催化剂的单耗11%,对目标产品无影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 The application of multifunctional desulfurizer NS58 developed by Nanjing Petrochemical Company to a FCC unit in Maoming Petrochemical Company was presented. Lewis acid [1] in this desulfurizer could decrease the sulfur content in FCC gasoline. Meanwhile the passivator [2,3] in the desulfurizer showed excellent passivation effect on heavy metals. The sulfur content of FCC gasoline could be reduced by 28% if the original sulfur content was about 1.45%～2.35%. This desulfurizer could maintain stable catalyst activity. Furthermore,it could decrease catalyst unit consumption by 11% and had no adverse effect on end product.更多还原
