大通量导向筛板与BHSⅡ型高效填料的研究与应用

【摘要】 介绍了大通量导向筛板与BHSⅡ型高效填料在工业上甲醇精馏塔技术改造中的应用,阐述了其结构特点,研究了其操作性能。用先进的化工过程模拟软件对改造方案进行了计算机模拟与优化,在优化方案的基础上完成了技术改造。结果表明,大通量导向筛板与BHSⅡ型高效填料的结合应用和原泡罩塔板相比,生产能力是原来的近两倍,分离效率明显提高,而能耗则显著降低。

【Abstract】 The paper introduces the application of highly efficient flowguided sieve tray and BHSⅡ type packing in the revamping of a methanol distillation column, presents its structural features, and studies its operation performance. Advanced simulation software was used to optimize the revamping project, and put the optimized project into practice. The result showed that the combined application of highly efficient flowguided sieve tray and BHSⅡ type packing was far better than the original bubble tray. After revamping, the process capacity was increased to nearly twice the original capacity. The efficiency was evidently improved, and the energy consumption was greatly decreased.
