壳聚糖干湿纺中的空气层工艺研究

【摘要】 采用干湿法纺丝制备了壳聚糖纤维以期改善纤维强度。对纺丝流程中空气层的工艺作用进行了详细讨论,研究结果表明:空气层的存在和喷头拉伸比对提高纤维强度起着重要的作用。在喷头拉伸比大于1的情况下,原液细流在空气层中得到轴向拉伸,加大了初生纤维的取向度,所以纤维强度得到加强。纤维截面的SEM电镜照片也证实干湿纺纤维的结构比湿纺纤维密实。

【Abstract】 Dryjet wetspinning was employed to prepare chitosan fiber with the purpose of (improving) fiber tenacity and the function of air gap in spinning flow line was (discussed) . The (results) showed that the air gap and draw down ratio played important roles in the modification. When draw down ratio was greater than 1, the dope thread in the air gap was axially drawn with the rising of orientation degree so the fiber tenacity was strengthened. The SEM photos of fiber cross section also verified that the structure of dry jet wet spun fiber was tighter than that of wet spun fiber.
