无皂乳液聚合的稳定方法和应用进展

【摘要】 详细分析了无皂乳液的稳定方法, 包括齐聚物法、增加表面亲水性法、有机助溶剂法、无机粉末法以及适宜工艺法; 最后探讨了无皂乳液在涂料和黏合剂, 皮革、纸张和织物的涂饰、单分散微球和功能微球、复合材料等方面的最新应用。

【Abstract】 Emulsifierfree emulsion polymerization plays an important role in the test and modeling of polymer surface properties, the interfacial adsorption of polymer, the relationship between molecular structure and properties and other fields. The emulsion stability is the key to emulsifierfree emulsion polymerization. The ways to improve the stability of emulsifierfree emulsion include oligomer, increasing the surface hydrophile of emulsoid particle, organic cosolvent, inorganic powder and proper processes. The latest applications of emulsifierfree emulsion in coating, adhesive, finishing materials for leather, paper and fabric, monodisperse microspheres and functional microspheres, and composite materials are discussed.
