苯直接羟基化制苯酚的研究进展
Progress in Research on Hydroxylation of Benzene to Phenol
【摘要】 介绍了以分子氧、氮氧化物以及过氧化氢作为氧化剂催化氧化苯制苯酚的工艺过程和相关催化剂的特性;评述了钯膜/H2O2体系和FeZSM5/N2O体系的研究进展、催化反应中的影响因素和反应机理;分析了各种方法的工业化前景。
【Abstract】 The onestep process for producing phenol directly from benzene is environmentally friendly and has a promising future for commercialization.The processes and characteristics of reactions for direct hydroxylation of benzene to phenol,which respectively use H2O2,HNO3,N2O and O2 as oxidants,are introduced.The influence factors and kinetics of oxidation over catalytic systems such as Pd/H2O2 and FeZSM5/N2O are reviewed in detail.Some analysis and advice about the prospect of their commercialization are presented.
