基于延时嵌入法的往复式压缩机关联维数提取技术
Technique of the Correlation Dimension Extraction of Reciprocating Compressors Based on the Time Delay Embedding Method
【摘要】 论述了利用嵌入相空间重构方法确定往复式压缩机振动信号关联维数的技术。将自相关函数法和伪相图法结合起来,能够更加直观、合理地选择时间延迟。在对振动信号重构的基础上,给出了标度的取值范围。将此技术应用于往复式压缩机故障诊断中,验证了该技术的准确性和有效性。
【Abstract】 It was described of the technique of determining the correlation dimension of the vibration signals of reciprocating compressors using the embedding phase space reconstruction method. More visual and reasonable delay time could be selected with the combination of the self-interrelated function method and the pseudo phase portrait method. The scale range was given based on the reconstruction of vibration signals. The application of the technique in the fault diagnosis of reciprocating compressors verified its accuracy and efficiency.
