稀土金属氧化物催化合成聚合松香甘油酯
Synthesis of Polymerized Rosin Glycerlol Ester with Rare Eareth Metal Oxides as a Catalyst
【摘要】 研究了稀土金属氧化物及其与ZnO的混合物对聚合松香与甘油酯化反应的催化作用,并与传统固体酸催化剂ZnO比较,探讨了时间、催化剂的种类及用量等反应条件对聚合松香酯化反应的影响。用CIE色度系统L*a*b*值测定了聚合松香及其甘油酯的颜色。研究表明:稀土金属氧化物作为聚合松香与甘油酯化的催化剂,具有用量少、反应时间短、色泽较浅等优点。
【Abstract】 The esterification of polymerized rosin and glycerol with rare earth metal oxides was studied,and a comparative test was done with the traditional catalyst ZnO.The factors affecting the reactions were discussed in detail.Color of polymerized rosin glycerol ester was investigated by CIE system L*a*b*.The optimum reaction parameters have been attained,that is,the amounts of catalyst(0.1%,mass fraction),reaction time(2~3h),and glycerol was fed completely at one time.
