微波辐射下HPA快速催化合成丁酸异戊酯
Rapid Synthesis of n-butyl Ester Catalyzed by HPA Under Microwave Radiation
【摘要】 在微波辐射下 ,以杂多酸HPA为催化剂 ,快速合成丁酸异戊酯 ,确定了酯化的优化条件。实验结果表明 ,醇酸物质的量比为 1.9,催化剂用量为反应物料的 1.0 % ,微波功率为 80 0W ,反应时间为 2 0min ,酯收率超过 96 %。
【Abstract】 Isoamyl butyrate was synthesized with catalyst HPA under microwave radiation and the optimum experimental condition were determined.When the power of microwave irradiation was 800w,amount of catalyst was 0.3g,molar rate of alcohol to acid was 1.9∶1,reaction time was 20 min, yield of the product was 96.70%.Additionally,it was found that under microwave irradiation,the reaction rate of ester was rapid.
