用苯甲醇精制残液制备苯甲醛
Preparation of Benzaldehyde from Benzyl Alcohol Refining Residue
【摘要】 以苯甲醇精制残液为原料,在HNO3与Zn(NO3)2/硅胶作用下制备苯甲醛。在200mL原料中加入20mL CC l4,反应pH控制在2~3,温度98℃,采用80g120目硅胶负载50g Zn(NO3)2催化剂,在此条件下苯甲醛的收率可达83.1%。该生产工艺简单,反应条件温和,自制Zn(NO3)2/硅胶催化性能优良,具有环保与经济双重价值。
【Abstract】 Using the residue in benzyl alcohol refining as raw material,benzaldehyde was prepared in the presence of HNO3 and Zn(NO3)2/silica gel.Under the conditions of 20mL CCl4 in 200mL raw material,reaction pH 2—3,temperature 98℃ and using the catalyst prepared by the method of loading 50g Zn(NO3)2 to 80g silica gel(mash 120),the yield of benzaldehyde is 83.1%.This process is characterized by simplicity,mild reaction conditions,self-made Zn(NO3)2/silica gel catalyst with excellent performance,and good economical and environmental benefits.
