干法腈纶废水处理技术

【摘要】 采用铁碳内电解—混凝沉淀预处理工艺处理干法腈纶废水。废水pH为4左右,经内电解反应2h,出水用聚合硫酸铁和阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺混凝沉淀1.5h后,废水的COD由1650mg/L降到1310mg/L,去除率为20.6%,BOD5/COD由原来的0.27提高到0.38。然后再采用水解酸化—好氧生化—生物硝化工艺处理预处理出水,最终出水COD为148mg/L,BOD5为16mg/L,氨氮质量浓度为13mg/L,SS质量浓度小于100mg/L,出水水质达到腈纶行业一级排放标准。

【Abstract】 Dry-spun polyacrylonitrile fiber wastewater was first pretreated by ion-carbon internal electrolysis—coagulation process.After the wastewater with pH 4 is treated by internal electrolysis for 2h and coagulated with polyferric sulfate (PFS) and anionic polyacrylamide (PAM) for 1.5h, the effluent COD is decreased from 1 650mg/L to 1 310mg/L with 20.6% of removal rate,BOD/COD is increased from 0.27 to 0.38.Then the pretreated effluent is treated by hydrolysis-acidification—aerobic biological treatment—biological nitrification process.The final effluent COD, BOD, NH 3-N mass concentration and SS mass concentration are 148mg/L,16mg/L,13mg/L and less than 100mg/L respectively.The final effluent quality can meet the first grade discharge standards for wastewater from polyacrylonitrile fiber industry.
