己内酰胺生产废水处理技术
Treatment Process for Caprolactam Production Wastewater
【摘要】 采用ENSBR-BDAR-BCOR工艺处理某化纤公司高含氮己内酰胺生产废水,在污泥负荷为0.15~0.28g/(g·d)、进水COD不高于6200mg/L、NH3-N质量浓度不高于560mg/L的情况下,出水COD不高于150mg/L、NH3-N质量浓度不高于20mg/L,COD和NH3-N的去除率分别达到98%和96%,系统可同时除碳脱氮。
【Abstract】 ENSBR-BDAR-COR process was adopted to treat caprolactam production wastewater with high concentration nitrogen in a chemical fiber corporation.When the sludge load is 0.15—0.28g/(g·d),the (influent) COD and NH 3-N mass concentration are not more than 6 200mg/L and 560mg/L respectively,the (effluent) COD and NH 3-N mass concentration can decrease to less than 150mg/L and 20mg/L with 98% and 96% of removal rates respectively.Carbon and nitrogen can be removed simultaneously.
