超声波辐照下零价铁处理硝基氯苯废水的研究

【摘要】 研究了对硝基氯苯及其生产废水在不同体系下的降解。结果表明,超声波和零价铁都可使对硝基氯苯得到降解。二者共同作用对对硝基氯苯的降解效果最好,零价铁次之,超声波单独作用效果最差。在超声与零价铁共同作用体系中,以硝基氯苯废水的CODCr去除率为主要指标,各因素的影响大小次序为:超声功率、铁屑加入量、反应时间、进水pH值。利用超声波和零价铁体系处理硝基氯苯生产废水,在实验条件下,CODCr去除率达81%,色度去除率为91.7%,同时,废水的BOD5与CODCr的质量比从0.06提高到0.34。

【Abstract】 The degradation of P-nitrochlorobenzene and wastewater from its production in different systems were studied. The results show that: both ultrasound and zero-valent iron can degrade P-nitrochlorobenzene. The combination use of the both has the best effect on degrading P-nitrochlorobenzene, which is followed by the zero-valent iron, while the effect of ultrasound is the poorest. In the ultrasound/zero-valent iron combined system, with the removal rate of CODCr in P-nitrochlorobenzene wastewater as main index, the influencing effects of factors have the following descending order: ultrasound power, dosage of scrap iron, reaction time, initial pH value. Using ultrasound/zero-valent iron system in treatment of wastewater from P-nitrochlorobenzene production, under the experimental condition, the removal rate of CODCr and colority were 81% and 91.7% respectively; meanwhile, the mass ratio of BOD5 to CODCr of wastewater was increased from 0.06 to 0.34.
