【Abstract】 Judicature independence is a basic principle for a modern nation with rule of law,and now it has been cared universally by every direction of the world.At the procedural law annual meeting of 2004,the vice president of the supreme people’ court, Huang song you, made a speech,it’s theme was "Perfect the procedural institution,advance the judicial reform."At the same time,in practice,judicature dependence has been a obstacle which is hindering the perfect of our country’s legal system. In my article, I’ll discuss the judicature independence with three parts——the meanings of judicature independence,the actuality of judicature independence in our country and it’s reasons and the measures we should take.更多还原
