基于FPGA的多道脉冲幅度分析器的设计
Design of multichannel pulse amplitude analyzer based on FPGA
【摘要】 介绍了采用FPGA构成的多道脉冲幅度分析器的设计系统,其控制与转换的核心采用span-tar E的XC2s100e,并利用VHDL进行程序设计。采用USB2.0接口芯片ISP1581实现与PC的高速数据传输。该系统提高了转换速率,减少了测量时间,改善了微积分非线性,提高了系统的测量精度和稳定性。
【Abstract】 <Abstrcat> It introduces the design of multichanel pulse amplitude analyzer which adopts the method of two step linearity discharge. In the system, the core of the conversion and control unit is achieved in the spantar ⅡE xc2s100e of Xilinx corporation by programming with the VHDL. The high-speed transport of the data to PC adopts the port chip of USB2.0. The system expedites the aped of the conversion and decreases the measuring dead time. It improves the differential none-linearity and integral none-linearity. So it advance the accuracy and the stability of the system.
