【摘要】 阐述了锅炉换热管外壁(如省煤器、空气预热器、水冷壁、过热器等)积灰和结焦对锅炉运行造成的危害,通过广西南宁某电厂BG-39/35-450-M2型锅炉的清洗实例,表明对锅炉换热管壁定期进行清洗,会大大减少换热管表面腐蚀和磨损,增大热交换面积,减少烟气排放阻力,降低排烟温度,提高锅炉热效率,延长锅炉的使用寿命。更多还原

【Abstract】 The harmness caused by deposited ash and foul on the outside wall of heat exchange tube, such as economizer, air preheater, water wall and superheater, to boiler operation was discussed, the results that a power plant with a type of BG-39/35-450-M2 boiler in Nanning city was cleaned showed that the regular cleaning the outside wall of thermal exchange tube can greatly reduce the degree of corrosion and abrasion on the surface of the tube, increase the area of thermal exchange, decrease the resistance to exhaust flue gas, lower the temperature of exhaust, promote the boiler’s thermal efficiency and prolong its service life.更多还原
