SO42-改性铝层柱粘土固体酸催化合成乙酸正丁酯
n-Butyl acetate synthesis catalyzed by SO42- modifiedaluminium pillared interlayer clay
【摘要】 以SO2-4改性铝层柱粘土固体酸催化剂催化合成了乙酸正丁酯,考察了催化剂主要制备条件对乙酸转化率的影响。实验得乙酸正丁酯的最佳合成条件为:酸醇摩尔比1∶1.4,催化剂用量0.5g,反应时间3h,反应温度115~122℃。在此条件下,乙酸转化率可达90.2%以上,催化剂可重复使用。
【Abstract】 The n-butyl acetate was synthesized with the SO<sup>2-<sub>4 modified aluminium pillared interlayer clay as the catalyst.The effects of main preparation conditions of the catalyst on the conversion of acetic acid were studied.The optimum synthesis conditions of n-butyl acetate found by experiments are as follows: the molar ratio of acetic acid to n-butyl alcohol was 1.0∶1.4,the amount of the catalyst 0.5 g,the reaction time 3 h,and the reaction temperature 115~122 ℃.The conversion rate of acetic acid was over 90.2% under the optimum conditions.The catalyst was reusable.
