基于PC机并行口的数控系统插补设计与实现
Design and implementation of the interpolation software in the numerical control system based on industrial PC parallel ports
【摘要】 基于PC机并行口的数控系统插补(数字积分法)的设计与实现,是利用PC机并行口的的输入输出特性作为其硬件基础,在DOS操作系统下,采用8086汇编语言进行数字积分法的三维直线和二维圆弧的插补程序编制和运行,再通过步进电机驱动电路的设计,最终实现对X、Y、Z轴步进电机(或伺服电机)控制的一种经济型数控系统。
【Abstract】 This paper deals with the design and realization of the interpolation in the numerical control(NC) system based on PC parallel ports. The characters of input and output of PC parallel ports are employed as the basis of the hardware,the 8086 assembly language is used for programming of three-dimensional beelines and planar arcs, and the system is run under the DOS operating system. The drive electric circuit is designed for the step motor,and control of the step motors(or the servo motors) in X,Y,and Z directions is finally realized. The developed NC system is an economical one.
