虚拟制造技术在高速铣削加工中的应用研究
Application of virtual manufacturing to high speed machining
【摘要】 虚拟制造技术在高速铣削加工中的应用研究是一种新的方法。文章结合研究单位的应用实践,介绍了虚拟仿真系统的建立、NC程序仿真和切削参数优化,以及使用优化的NC程序进行典型零件高速铣削的成效。实践证明,两者有效地结合可以大幅度提高加工效率、改善加工质量及降低生产成本。
【Abstract】 To apply virtual manufacturing(VM) to high speed machining(HSM) is a new technique. In this paper,a practical case of applying the VM technique to HSM is introduced. A detailed description is presented of modeling of virtual simulation system, verifying of NC-Program, optimizing of milling parameters and the effect of applying optimized NC-Program to machining a typical part. The application practice proves that applying the VM technique to HSM can increase the machining productivity,improve the product quality and reduce the production cost greatly.
