汽车电动助力转向与主动悬架集成控制及其仿真

【摘要】 文章根据汽车系统动力学原理,建立了汽车电动助力转向和主动悬架集成控制的动力学模型。对PD控制的EPS、最优控制下悬架和集成控制的系统进行了仿真计算。计算结果表明,该模型较好地反映了汽车转向时的实际工况,EPS和主动悬架的集成控制的效果优于单独控制,为系统的集成优化打下了基础。

【Abstract】 A model of the integrated dynamic control system of electric power steering(EPS) and active-suspension is set up according to the principle of vehicle system dynamics. Simulation calculations have been done in regard to the steering system with the PD controller, the suspension with the optimization controller and the integrated system with the integrated controller. The simulation results prove that the model proposed shows the car’s steering action in real condition and the integrated controller is better than the seperate controller. The presented work is helpful to the integrated structure/control design for the EPS and active-suspension system.
